Joe Behan

Prior to returning to operate as a sole trader Joe, who is a chartered consulting engineer, founded JP Behan Associates Consulting Engineers in 1987.

 

For 10 years prior to this, Joe was a partner in a firm of Consulting Civil and Structural  Engineers.

 

​ Joe assists clients who were looking for a broad range of professional independent  services related to the purchase and management of  property.

 

As well as being a leading  Property Consultant and Project Manager, Joe  is also an experienced Adjudicator, Arbitrator, Conciliator, Mediator and Facilitator.
