Planning reports

If you are buying a property, as part of the overall property survey, you will need a report on the planning situation in relation to the property.

 

This will cover planning permissions, building regulations (or bye-laws for older buildings) and health and safety issues.

 

The report will outline compliance or non-compliance with planning and with building and fire regulations.

 

Site assessments

If a client wants to buy a piece of land, we can assess everything to do with it.

 

• What is the likely impact of a nearby river on the site?

• Can it be developed and what does the Development Plan say is allowed to be done?

• What are the likely effects on neighbouring properties and is there likely to be objections? 

• Is there drainage, or access to water and services?

Our report will give you a full picture of the site and any issues attached to it.
